General Manager

Sarah Croskery

Sarah Croskery is our General Manager. Sarah is based on the Kapiti Coast and brings a wealth of hospitality experience, having worked in HR, operations, finance and sales & marketing. Sarah oversees the ASURE Hub team's day to day operational activities and is managing the digital transformation project.

Sarah Croskery is our General Manager for New Zealand Accommodation Group. Sarah is based on the Kapiti Coast with her young family and brings a wealth of hospitality experience, having worked in HR, operations, finance and sales & marketing. Sarah oversees the ASURE Hub team's day to day operational activities and is managing the digital transformation project. Outside of work you'll find Sarah on the beach, at yoga or enjoying time at the bach in the Lake Taupo region.

Veena Kocharekar

Veena is your go to contact for day to day operations. Contact Veena to redeem loyalty cash backs, order more loyalty corporate cards and anything operational.

Member Support Manager

Penny Boles

Penny is our Member Support Manager. Please contact Penny with any branding and quality assessment questions and queries.

With extensive experience in the hospitality, travel, and tourism sector, Penny has spent the last 12 years owning and running a successful motel in the sunny Bay of Islands. Penny is passionate about sharing her knowledge and expertise to help others thrive in their businesses. Outside of work, she enjoys running around after her football-mad preteen, playing golf, and indulging in a good book whenever she gets the chance.
Partnerships Manager

Ashley Campbell

Ashley is our Partnerships Manager for New Zealand Accommodation Group. Ashley has a focus on growing our membership base with NZAG and maintaining key relationships with TMCs, wholesalers, corporates, and other strategic partners.

Ashley is based in Wanaka, having started in Front Office Management before transitioning seamlessly into Conference and Event Management. Her journey has equipped her with a deep understanding of guest experiences and operational excellence, which she now leverages to cultivate meaningful partnerships and drive growth. Outside of work Ashley loves Skiing, practicing negotiation skills with her Toddler and enjoying a crime podcast!

Managing Director

Adam Cunningham

Adam is the Managing Director of Motive Group and owner of several service related businesses throughout New Zealand; including a multi-site hotel and serviced apartment company, urban backpacker, conference centre, online marketing group and business development consulting company.

Adam is the Managing Director of Motive Group and owner of several service related businesses throughout New Zealand; including a multi-site hotel and serviced apartment company, urban backpacker, conference centre, online marketing group, security services and business development consulting company. Founded in 2006, Adam has seen the company move from strength to strength, including opening Ohtel, a brand new luxury 5 star hotel in downtown Auckland in 2021, along with launching an accommodation leasing management company Habitat in 2022 with Hotel DeBrett as its first hotel.

Known in his earlier years for his training academy and food & beverage expertise, Adam has written training material for the service sector for over 20 years and facilitated more than 10,000 people in the art of soft skills.

Dad to 3, keen sponsor and supporter to the arts, sport and community, Adam is strongly customer focused and proudly leads the teams across all business entities by example.

Chief Executive Officer

Hazel Rigler

Hazel has established a strong career within the hospitality industry, joining Motive Group at the end of 2019. Prior to joining Motive, Hazel worked in senior management roles within hospitality in the UK, Ireland, New Zealand and Australia.

She has knowledge in a diverse range of hospitality systems and processes, from ecommerce, data integration, revenue, sales, loyalty, brand management and is also a Chartered Marketer, recognised by the Marketing Association NZ.

Hazel’s love of travel, food, wine and exploring the great outdoors ensures she’s a passionate advocate for all things hospitality related.

Marketing Co-ordinator

Maia Wilson

Maia is your go to marketing person within the ASURE hub team. For any queries regarding help with branding, printed goods or anything marketing related, please contact Maia.

Maia is a recent graduate of Te Herenga Waka Victoria University of Wellington with a Bachelor of Commerce with majors in both Marketing and Management. Maia helps to manage, build and develop brand awareness by delivering market strategies that resonates with target audiences to drives brand growth and engagement. A bit of a fitness nut, outside of work she is either playing sports or watching it from the sidelines.
HR and Culture Advisor

Megan Hall

Megan’s diverse experience includes being a Travel and Tourism Tutor and Student Liaison, as well as a Trainer and Staff Welfare professional. Megan brings her extensive skills and knowledge to support the Motive and ASURE teams.

Megan started as a Domestic Travel Consultant, arranging travel in New Zealand, then transitioned to an International Leisure Consultant role. Megan’s diverse experience includes being a Travel and Tourism Tutor and Student Liaison, as well as a Trainer and Staff Welfare professional. Today, she brings her extensive skills and knowledge to support the Motive and ASURE teams. Beyond work, Megan enjoys Zumba, walking, cooking, tramping, and conquering New Zealand’s Great Walks, showcasing her adventurous spirit and love for the outdoors.
